• Account creation and authentication.
• Sending promotional offers and important updates.

You can opt out of marketing emails during signup or anytime in your profile settings.

2.4 Phone Number Collection

Providing a phone number is optional. If provided, it may be used to send promotional offers via text messages.

To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message, or simply do not enter a phone number during signup.

2.5 Opting Out & Contact

Users can opt out of promotional communications at any time by:

• Unsubscribing from emails in their profile settings.
• Replying STOP to promotional text messages.

3. Content Usage

All images, videos, and descriptions are for personal use only. Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Saving, recording, or sharing any media from the platform.
• Using any images or text for commercial purposes without permission.

4. Club Listings & User-Generated Content

We provide a club discovery and bookmarking service. Club details are provided by club owners and users. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for incorrect or misleading information.

Users must refrain from posting inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content. Violations may result in account suspension.

5. Liability Disclaimer

My Club Vault is an informational platform. We do not endorse or manage any clubs listed. Visiting a club is at your own discretion.

6. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
